Cost:
For non-registered parishioners only: $3,500.00 plus $400.00 deposit.
For registered parishioners only: $3,200.00 and $400.00 deposit.
The deposit will be returned the Friday after the event from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. In order to
receive the deposit there is a check request form that has to be completed at the rectory and the
deposit will be given if there are no damages to the hall.
In order to reserve the hall $500 (non-refundable) must be given at the time of reservation.
Includes:
Cleaning, security and the liquor license
Capacity = 350 persons
Tables = 35
Chairs = at most 350
1 Refrigerator
Washrooms
Parking Lot: The new Bank of America’s parking lot and Church’s parking lot.

Keys for the Parish hall must be picked up no later than 1:45 p.m. and returned to the security personnel during the event.

The total balance is due TWO (2) weeks prior to using the hall, including the $400 deposit.
